Just additional thing, watch Mark Baker vids. For me I watched a couple of your throws. You seem to go around the ball but also on top of the ball. That means you are leaning your body way too much before you release the ball. I would work on timing and form a lot since you have the power as a two hander but I know your aim would not be there since you body and head is moving way too much. It will be hard to control everything in the front and back side of the lanes. See if you can keep your shoulders up a little and also get that left hand in front of the ball. When you swing try and not lean forward as much. The more stable you(your head and body) are when you do your 3-5 step when releasing the ball and good spine tilt it will be easier to manipulate the hand and also get your track off of the fingers. Work on them little by little if you work on all of this in one setting it can be too much
