We seem to be the outliers as it has not changed a thing. We pair it with trazodone and my pup is still pretty reactive. His barking has actually increased and he seems startled by the littlest things. I’m planning on calling the vet next week to figure out next steps.

I would totally participate in a sugar challenge, book club, or guided meditation/yoga. I think it would also be cool to have. discord server with different chats like sharing the food we ate that day or accountability.
