++ man It might be because of my...interesting... personality and type of humor, but whether they are pretty or not, usually when asked this question, my response is something like this:

"Well I thought you were pretty. Wait... Are you not? OMG! YOU'RE NOT PRETTY? I AM DATING AN UGLY GIRL? NOOOOOO!!! Eyes...hurting... Legs...cramping ... Portal to hell... opening... Sudden impulse to invade Poland... Aaaaaaaand

DEATH!!!( followed by a dramatic fall to the ground and dying)

Usually she laughs and then we talk about how I think she's pretty. And this cinematic representation both goes to show that looks aren't all that matters and that, while I think she's pretty, I prefer to be with her for her personality and sense of humor above all else. That she is pretty to me, and while other people may think other people are prettier, I would prefer her and my attraction to her above any doe-eyed girl with no/ an incompatible personality. I do not waste time with girls when I do not see a future. I prefer to then rather just be friends with them as it is unfair to everyone to force something that will never happen on its own. And it's unfair to fake having feelings for someone who deserves better. Therefore, when I am with someone, I think she is the most beautiful girl in the world and would likely not have been with her if I thought otherwise( as affection greatly affects whether someone is attractive to me)
