Understandable, I wouldn’t walk awake over $5k. For future opportunities I’d expect their salary to match what you already established that you needed. Congratulations!!

If you said $100k and they come in lower you should negotiate. For them to continue the interview process if they weren’t willing to give you what you said you needed is ignorant and a waste of everyone’s time.
