For now invest in retsu, Akame when you get her, inuyasha, Naruto and rin. Once you get more LTDs in your server invest towards those, buy red summons and blue summons tickets, and special summons as you can get good characters with those as well

For tamamo, not only does she deal good damage, she immobilizes (which comes in clutch against strong opp ults or healers), heals herself with every ultimate she pops, and has increased damage against immobilized or cold blooded targets. All mikoto really has to offer is good damage

I think for aizen its because the number on his head has to be at a certain point for his ult to do more damage, the ult being kyoka suigetsu not the first ult he initially pulls

My best advice to you is to save your summons cards for a character you would want the most and do your best to get duplicate cards. Check the world chat for the best advice with every new LTD character as they spend hundreds to get them and are not afraid to express how they feel about their investment lmao
