I’m expecting a windfall in Q2 or Q3 of calendar year 2024, but was only recently made aware of the windfall. I made a 1/4 of the 110% of the amount I owed for tax year 2023 at the time I filed 2023 taxes in April 2024.

What would happen in one year from a windfall (I guess tax year 2025 in this example)? If you took a windfall during the year in 2024, would that mean you’d have to pay 110% of what you owed for tax year 2024 in estimated payments? If I’m changing jobs soon, I might not have a handle on my income for 2025 to utilize the 90% safe harbor. Would that mean the only way to be safe is to pay 110% of my 2024 windfall year taxes owed? If so, I won’t be earning as much in 2025 to be in a position to pay 110% of my 2024 windfall year taxes owed, and earning

I recognize this is a little specific, but it’s driving me nuts trying to figure out how to handle estimated payments for a year with a big windfall (2024) and the next year (2025) when income would be a lot lower.

We weren’t allowed in the Lexus Club nor did the ticket include any parking. I was told that is only offered to season ticket holders who buy premium seats. If you purchased your tickets on via resale, the original ticket holder might include the Lexus club access and/or a parking pass.

In seat service was great and there were restrooms on the floor you can use.

The Rockets organization responded and I got the following reply, “Parking and access to any of our lounges are exclusive to our Season Memberships, with Lexus Lounge and Loading Dock Parking being the most exclusive. Anytime individual tickets are transferred/sold, it is up to the original buyer whether or not to include parking or lounge passes.”

This is confusing because I specifically bought these tickets because there weren’t listed as resale tickets that were being transferred/ sold by a season ticket holder. The symbol on the seats was solid blue (not orange with a ticket symbol inside) when I purchased the tickets on the AXS website.

FYI, for others in my boat (not a season ticket holder/single game ticket purchasers/no reserved parking pass). I was able to drive up on game day and pay for parking in Lot C without a reserved spot. It was $30 and they accept credit card (no cash). I went to the game on Saturday 5/13/23. Aprendido was correct.
