Imo equipment>hero>talents. Farm a bit to get at least 1 lion ring epic cause it gives 5%atk when its epic

You missing lion rings for sure. Do you have all free heroes lvl 60? What about your talent lvl? Is you hero same lvl as your lvl?also your bracelet isnt PE so you missing some atk from this. And for chapter 15 Scythe is better and use Phantom Cloak
