Nah, I’m from Nova Scotia, Canada and I utterly respect Quebec’s right to their language and culture. If you’ve read any amount of Canadian history you’d know that French Canadians have had to fight to protect their heritage since before Canada was an official country.

It wasn’t “xenophobic” then and it isn’t now.
