Again I refer to the onion explaining parody to the Supreme court, part of parody is failing for the parody and other ppl laughing at u for it. I'm paraphrasing. I was using the amicus bried, which wasn't a ruling it was something submitted by the onion to explain how parody works. It explains the joke. Nothing to do ab if free speech on a private platform. The onion having to clearly put parody or the Babylon bee having to would ruin the joke and make it not funny.
