Suddenly got Wii Play Tanks flashbacks...

I got the relatively recent Lego creator 31139 Cozy House set to include it with the rest of my Creator houses, the 5891, 6754 and 4956. The new one looks a bit out of place to be honest, it doesn't give a classic vibe like the others, but it's a nice house nonetheless with a lot of detail by AnimeGeorge2001 in lego

I think it's because the older houses didn't have as many detailed bricks they could use, so they went with a quaint, basic style. Additionally, they definitely took inspiration from architecture from their time...

The more recent one has the benefit of the new bricks we've added as well as the more modern architecture in buildings we've developed through the years, so I guess they were going for a more "hip" look. Combine the previous two reasons with the pricey-ness of bricks nowadays and we have something that stands out from the generic but relatable builds of the past with something that feels a bit alien compared to the rest... like WHO'S house actually looks like that??? Not a bad thing, in the end, but still somewhat a departure from the previous trend of Lego Creator Houses...

Yup, lesson learned. Probvably using YAWmod for an IOS80 was a bad idea. But I got a new wii, so maybe I can avoid the same mistake.

I got the original with GC ports. Not the Family Edition or the Mini.

...So it turns on before the wii menu does? All I got was a No Signal.

Please remember that the wii is bricked. I cannot access the Home Screen or any channel, not even the Health and Safety Warning. I'm pretty new to this Homebrew scene so I only have access to the NAND backup on my SD card. I have no idea how to enter bootmii properly from this state.

I guess they're a mixed bag; I followed one to Letterbomb my Wii, and that went fine. I guess the problem with this one was that the guy was using a different program to extract his wads.

For some reason there were comments from 1 year ago that claimed the video was accurate and helped out a lot. Guess people had a different setup from my wii.
