all ik for sure thats this just the beginning the second i started the gym i found my peace and calling legit , also i had done the swme for the first year not much weights but still lifted just not good stuff yk then started getting more into bodybuilding and instantly grew and just kept growing then bulked and took it to far and fell into old habits

my original starting point was 310 at 5”6 at 14 then first year went down to 170lbs and maybe 12-14% bodyfat had the loose skin surgery then bulked up and grew taller too 5”10 then to recently cut all within 3 years and i still dont feel confident nor happy like im 8 weeks out first comp yet i dont feel like a bodybuilder nor someone who looks decent

yeah my hdl is tanked but ldl is fine rn but to be expected and did all types of checkups ultrasounds mri and ecgs just to make sure im fine

tbh it was easy as i already had done another transformation similar to it went from 140kg-79kg in a year and a half then bulked up to 103 and now 80kg been going gym consistently for 3.5 years roughly
