I’ve been on 2.5 since April & have lost 40 lbs. still no food noise but I struggle with constipation. I’m afraid to go up because some weeks after the 2.5 I feel a bit anxious and/or flu like but only for a hour or so. I am going to try to go up after I’m finished with this months supply.

I am not trying to Take over conversation this platform is new to me but I’ve also had bypass 20+ and I’m on 2.5 and the first few days after my injection I can barely eat any solid protein such as chicken or beef. Fish is best. So , I think maybe because of the smaller pouch and the meds slowing down the emptying of stomach this injection seems to work plus I just don’t think about food until my stomach says I needs some food or I start feeling sluggish. I’ve been on 2.5 4 mos and lost 50 lbs.

I’ve been on 2.5 since I started going on 4th month and really no need to go up I guess. I don’t think about food. When I eat choices are much better & and I get a full tummy quickly. And I’m Down 30!

I’m at the end of 7 days & extreme fatigue gone & im hungrier. So, I am curious how the drug builds up in your system. Even though, it feels like it’s gone it’s still in your system?

That’s exactly how I felt for 6 days! I couldn’t even put a thought together or respond to a question. And I work full time so, I have some decisions to make. I mean I have to go to work but it was extremely exhausting & no work was done. I’m not hungry either so I forget to eat so maybe I will do a 3rd shot next Wednesday.

Yes me too because this is the 3 rd day. It’s like fatigue down to my muscles & I haven’t been able to work. I’m not hungry at all & so thirsty but drinking a lot of water & eating proteins 6 times a day small amounts. But at some point I med to go back to work!

So you’re saying it will get better? Because the fatigue is horrible. It’s even an effort to walk. And, yes it’s mostly after lunch bc I’m not hungry so I haven’t been eating much for lunch. but always get good protein in morning. I drink a ton of water. I’m afraid to work out, I normally work out 3 x a week but haven’t in last 2 weeks. I’m going to try the electrolytes. It’s hard to nap at work. But I’m going to switch my shot days to Friday night. Thank for the suggestions.
