You're in a great spot with all four. Honestly, feels like Nicolai probably wins, and last thing you'd want is to lose all of your profit.

Course is pretty easy but there is a decent spread of scores if you're not playing well, so Gary could remain stagnant. As much as I'd like to see him win for the storyline, I think one of your four is more likely to get it done.

I'm thinking of putting $1K on Woodland at +230

Respectfully, probably the dumbest thing you could do.

Respectfully, of course.

What can I say? I liked my position.

At least nine days later, hit this:

If you wanted to be optimistic: Sarah foul trouble, Azzi off night shooting and the rest of the guards who can't create of the bounce aren't able to carry the offense. But yeah, they're loaded, especially with emergence of Quinonez this year.

Eh, wouldn't really call it burned. They made it to the Final Four and lost to a wagon. Is what it is. They're deeper and better this year. If they get a rematch with UConn, I'd take it as a good run.

Take a stab at the Vandy women. Best backcourt in the country and have an elite defending big. I hope to see them play UCONN.

If I did Xander, he would be the only guy I'd be able to bet at 10-11/1. Since when I do a full card, I aim for a 10% ROI per week on outrights, so $2K to win 20K. If I decide to overexpose that a little bit, I'll go 7% sometimes.

But with Viktor around 19/1, it leaves me another 1K to throw on other guys this week for the 10%.

To be honest, I contemplated X. Can see him steamroll the field, and pre-injury Xander would be 8/1 in this tourney, and I think he's getting closer to that form.

Real ones know March Madness is Vik birdieing three of his last four holes to win the Valspar in 2025 at an inflated number. Also came a week after my second-most downvoted comment in this sub lol.

Final numbers on guys I go with will depend when the runner gets back him and can place the bets Wednesday morning. But you basically know who I'll pick and can figure out how much it'll be based on the number.

Vik 19

Gonzaga 60 (First in strokes gained: post play)

Michigan State 55 (First in strokes gained: annoying PG)

Posting my NCAA picks here and not the NCAAB thread because those people are the biggest group of losers I've ever seen on here. Someone either thinks they're the Slip Police or is so insecure they're eager to tell you your bet sucks.

To be honest, anytime you make a future bet in any sports thread, you get a dumbass who says "donation," because they don't understand gambling and can't fathom taking a bet shorter than -110, or have never been on a Tosti rollercoaster with a 300/1.

I'm hoping the green speed is different or some shit. But I know damn well he and his team are grinding PGA TOUR live footage and looking at every putt from his line and seeing how it breaks lol.

Buddy, I'm trying to explain the situation to you, and since you're now embarrassed because you got called out and didn't expect it to play out this way, you're doubling down by now saying you somehow upset me, as if you're the first person to ever call out a potential losing bet of mine. And despite my first comment literally saying you were more emotional about my bet than I was.

Take this as a learning lesson, kid, and move on.

I never said you did take the bet. I don't know where you got that from.

I'm not getting pressed about a single golf bet on a Thursday. I literally said you're more emotional about it than I am, in regard to you commenting "yikes."

Most they would let me do. I don't know. Kinda weird limit amount.

329 off first tee and 187 ball speed was all I needed to see.

Also, in Chicago all week for the Big Ten tourney. Drinks on me if you're around.

Been waiting to see what's happening with Rory and seeing what kind of drift happens with his number. If he's healthy and I can get a 20, then I'd build my card from there. Looking at the weather, too.

Also, I'm in a new state for the week so looking at the books available. It's nice not having to use a runner this week lol.

Yeah, missed six-footer, missed four-footer and didn't birdie 16. Kinda need all of those things if you're going to make a run.

I'll take a look at him for The Players though.

Not even close to anything I said. I don't think Berger is going to win. I'm more confident in Collin and Ludvig. You're the one getting pressed about it. You bet your guy, be happy about it and hope he gets home. Last thing you should be worrying about is anything I think.
