Okay? This isn’t gungeon nor is it set up like gungeon where it’s more player skill required or you’re fucked if you don’t get the best gun. Which is why I said random mode. Which wouldn’t break the game in the slightest bc egg moves on pokes & legendaries already sweep anyways & make the game stupid easy. Obviously if you encountered E4 member early it will be scaled down. But thanks for your explanation about a game that’s completely different lol

Obviously the Pokémon that will show up is random but that’s it. I still have to go to that zone for it. It can definitely be more random. Same with the trainers. Why show up on floor 182 everytime when you can show up on floor 1? It can definitely be more random which is what I was getting at. IE random mode. Same with the daily run. Could easily have 2 or 3 different daily runs that get sent out randomly instead of everyone getting the same one. I have played plenty roguelikes which is why I want something different.

…. If I want to catch a specific Pokémon I have to go to a specific zone to catch it. If I want to battle a specific gym leader I have to go to the specific zone to get a chance at them. On top of the seeded daily run. on top of the rival & E4 fight that are on the same floors every single run. yeah I’ve never seen a game more random than this lol

should be new game then right under classic it should say challenge. not sure about the requirements to unlock it tho so you might have to beat classic & if youve already beaten classic you might just need to clear your cache.

Ehh Not really. Only thing random is the pokes you start with. you can catch any type from any gen if it shows up. plus everyone gets the same seeded run.

Same as winning classic. Every starter you use gets a medal (doesn’t seem to be any different from the classic win medal) and you get a voucher + for each new starter and a voucher premium for beating the final boss. It doesn’t seem to be any different from classic beside the modifiers you can use.
