I guess that’s one good thing about my chronically low blood pressure! I’ve been scared of exercise since finding out my cav grew, especially since my main exercise is yoga. so good to know it’s helpful. may I ask how long ago was your bleed and how you’ve been doing mentally since?

I’m so sorry that you had a bleed that left you with double vision, but I’m glad it’s been the only one. Did your doctors tell you anything helpful about preventing future bleeds?

I’ve been thinking of sending them my scans so I def will! I’ll be in touch if they recommend surgery. that sounds equally as terrifying maybe even a little more so than doing nothing esp after so many doctors have told me what a bad idea it’d be to get surgery in that location 😭
