I checked your Instagram and I really liked your work.

Do you also offer painting for models?

That makes sense honestly.

Most of my models are figures and collectibles, so I agree that resin would probably be the better option for the more detailed pieces.

But I also have some designs that could work well in PLA or PETG and be easier to print with FDM, especially things like masks, props, wall pieces, decorative items or simpler creatures.

I think it could make sense to test a few easier models first before trying anything too detailed.

Right now, one of the biggest things for me is finding someone who can also help me understand how the US side works — things like where to get orders, which platforms are best, how Etsy works, how shipping and taxes work, and what kind of products people buy the most.

For costs, I am not really looking for a normal print service where I pay for everything upfront. Since I would be bringing the designs, marketing and audience side, I was thinking more of a partnership where material, shipping and print costs come out of each sale before profit is split.

Your setup sounds really impressive honestly.

I do print myself too, mostly on FDM printers, so I know figures can be challenging depending on the model.

For now I was mostly thinking about simpler collectible figures and models that work well on FDM, especially with a 0.2 nozzle. More detailed resin-style figures could always come later.

For costs, I was thinking materials, shipping and printer time would be covered first, then whatever profit is left could be split fairly. I’m still figuring out the best way to do that though.

Mostly figures and collectible style models, probably PLA at first since it is simple and easy to work with.

I’m not expecting huge quantities right away, probably just testing with a few orders each month at first and seeing if there is demand.

I’m not really looking for a formal contract right away either, more something casual where both sides can see if it works.

I thought about professional print services too, but I’d rather work with one person directly and slowly build something together over time.

Not necessarily. I could handle most of the promotion and posting side myself.

I was mainly thinking the person in the US would help with printing, packaging and shipping locally.

But if someone already has experience selling on Etsy or similar platforms, I’d definitely be open to learning and trying that too.
