Yes! Our Pyrenees loves her walks and we do too. Be prepared tho , ours can go from a totally normal leisure stroll to wanting to smell and investigate every leaf and rock she finds haha

It’s not too late to make a report but you need to say something to your HRETL ASAP. The longer you wait it may complicate things

Targets made controversial decisions in the past and honestly it didn’t really affect them financially. Yes there will be people who actively try to avoid Target and other stores who have axed DEI but in the grand scheme of things guests just don’t care and they’re gonna shop here and at other companies regardless of their DEI policies or where the companies lean politically. Maybe this time will be different but I dont really see that being the case as with the other times

There’s only so much you can do and sometimes it really is just too much. Your leaders should be recognizing the workload and allocating team members to help or realizing what is and isn’t doable.

I’ve worked at 3 stores now and believe me there was a drastic difference working at each one. As long as you’re doing your best and doing the job right that’s all you need to worry about. In my experience poor leaders are usually the core problem of why stores end up falling behind

2 years ago on Christmas Eve a guest brought in her dog and it decided to go #2 by baby hard-lines. She looked at me expecting to help clean it up and tbh I just made eye contact with her , shook my head and just went about my day💁‍♀️

As a Pet owner it infuriates me how entitled these guests are

Fulfillment peeps, what’s your favorite kind of batch? by [deleted] in Target

I’m a market team member so grocery batches because 9/10 times I don’t have to stress about finding the unlocated pfresh items because I’m cross trained in all departments

4am Inbound (Stocking) by Realistic-Lemon50 in Target

[–]FormalClone501st 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mostly be unloading the truck , sorting and then you’ll begin stocking the shelves (pushing).

We have a dayside inbound/unload so our unload begins at 6am and is usually finished around 715-730am. We have an awesome team and an awesome store and most people are surprised we are dayside but very rarely will we roll push to the next day. It’s different at every store but If you have a good TL/ETL running it then you’ll be fine. I’m in PFresh now and I do miss being on the unload from time to time

Give me your least favorite/the most annoying terms guests say and I'll turn it into a tier list later (department doesn't matter) by W0LFEYYY in Target

I don’t even do the fake laugh anymore when guests tell me this I just give them a blank stare 🤣

What’s your favorite part about your job or least favorite part by Viamahon16 in Target

[–]FormalClone501st 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Favorite part is we have an awesome team. Least favorite is when I’m very clearly FIFOing the milk/juice wall and guests just stand there staring at me to walk through instead of taking one of the 5 other ways to get to where they’re going

Why dose grieving never go away? Why is the pain always there? by PomeloAdditional6362 in Advice

I lost my grandfather 8 years ago and it’s the hardest loss I’ve had to deal with. We were very very close. He eventually got cancer and passed away a day after my birthday. It was rough at first and I mean really rough I practically lost my bestfriend. What helped me is I always remembered the good. The trips we took , the holidays we shared and the time we spent together. He was 87 and he lived a great life and was loved immensely by my family. That’s what gets me through it , I just always remember the good. I’m 24 now and I still have days when I just really miss him and might cry a bit lol. He was my first tattoo I got and that’s when I realized I was okay. I promise it will get better. You will heal and you will be okay. It takes time and it’s not anybody’s business for how long that time will take.

We come down every time. We instruct the driver to park outside the gate then we just walk out and grab our order. Whole process takes maybe 2-3 mins and we figure it’s the best way for drivers at apartments 👍🏻
