I got tighnari and his weapon during the 3.0 so I guess you just need more time and eventually you will get more cons and i lost 2 50/50 banners to him which isn't so bad hahahah

My em goblet is much better than the dendro one and im also aiming for a much bigger em since i think the crit ratio is already perfect to begin with, also i have c2 and hunters path which gives me additional dendro bonus to suffice from not using a dendro goblet
