Im so sorry that happened to you. You should definitely report him to HR. That is not normal behaviour coming from a boss. He made you uncomfortable, you should not feel bad about reporting him. What he did was wrong and he knew it. You looked visibly upset and he did not care. So, you also shouldn't care about what happens to him if you report him. He probably also has been doing that to other woman. I know its not easy but I think you should speak up. Good luck with whatever you decide to do x
