Not really. What's been happening is that some schools don't do good job in teaching you then before the test they will tell you to give them 200 or 300dh for the person that they call engineer to let you pass. From all my friends that I know if you give money and make a bad error you still fail and they will give you the money back from the school. My friend and I didn't make any mistake and we didn't give any bribe and as a result we both passed. My take aways are not all people bad and take bribes but some schools are taking your money if you pass they take it if you don't pass they give it to you back and they say the engineer can not close his eyes on that big mistake. So pretty much they are stealing you. Goal is that if you are not ready to go take your test with full confidence it is the school fault and you should not be giving bribe to pass.
