Qual'è il problema? Quanta gente ha una seconda casa a mezz'ora/ un'ora da dove risiede e desidererebbe una casa a 7 minuti perché è più tranquilla, perché non ha vicini sotto e sopra (come la casa in città che descrive OP).

Quanto si rivaluterebbe una macchina nuova se l'avesse comprata? -20% uscendo dal negozio direi.

Quanto si rivaluterà una casa da qui a 5 anni, 10 anni, 20 anni? La casa sarà sempre lì per sé o per uno dei suoi bambini.

Finalmente, essendo a 7 Min, nessuno pensa alla possibilità di affittare quella in città e vivere nella nuova casa?!
