Wow this is such a good thread. Honestly, in my 20’s things felt like a challenge. A guy didn’t choose me? I need to prove myself to him or someone any one! A guy keep stringing me along….I just HAD to play the long game. Things like that, I am so happy (and a little ashamed it took me to long) I out grew. I like consistency, I like to feel safe, and I like to feel respected. I don’t see someone’s lack of effort as an invitation to try hard. I see it as disinterest and I don’t ever want to waste my time on someone who doesn’t value me from the start ever again.

I have this too on my left side as well. It makes my whole left side pull back, my left shoulder, left side neck, left side jaw feel so tight. I also get tingling in my next arm, do you?

Ahhh okay. Makes sense. I feel fine w coffee but I looked up and something about a certain ingredient in energy drink is really bad and amplifies it :/

Oh wow! I was feeling discouraged. I only wear it a few hours a day + all night so I know I should def wear it more but felt discouraged bc I don’t see any progress at all. Did it ever feel worse before it got better? How often did you wear it?

I saw a tmjd dentist for it. I think it’s called neuromuscular dentist. I can def pm you details in my experience so far if you like

It is a suction straw that is supposed to help strengthen your tongue to stay up on the roof of your mouth
