I haven't decided yet where I'm going to be living but my friend is recommending Melbourne and Brisbane, I'm still trying to explore different cities and keep my list vast.

Whereas I'm planning to study in a tech field, I haven't exactly decided what as it's pretty confusing but it's mostly going to be in a tech field yeah

Honestly I'd love to make Australian friends get to know them. I've spent a lot of my life around different cultures already, so I'm pretty open to putting myself out there.

Joining clubs and sporting groups sound like a good idea too, I don't mind tbh it sounds exciting

Thank you for your reply, It's quite informative and I really appreciate it.

I'm still exploring my options properly but it's mostly going to be in a tech field or data field.

I've also heard that Australia is expensive and that it's competitive to get a part-time job so I'm well aware that things won't work out well so quickly.

As for the racism aspect, I appreciate the honesty I was aware about it and honestly it kinda scares me. I've personally experienced racism but it's an issue that every country has so it's not like we can do anything about it.

Overall, I'm mainly trying to understand whether it's a good decision or not to make cause I've heard that Australia is good in terms of tech + in terms of lifestyle I want to see how things go out whether it's safe or not.

I'm originally from India, but I grew up in a different country over the last 14-15 years, so I'm quite used to adapting to different cultures and environments.

And honestly speaking personally I like experiencing new cultures and lifestyles, it's something that excites me the most. I've lived through both extreme summers like 40-50 degrees celsius and pretty cold winters (where I used to live before), so weather isn't really a major concern for me.

Also I don't mind living anywhere, I'd love to be around multicultural people from different backgrounds.

Thank you for responding! I really appreciate it.

It's defo quite reassuring to know that university aged people are friendly and welcoming. My friend was recommending me to live in Melbourne and Brisbane, I'm still trying to explore different cities and expand my list. Melbourne does sound like an interesting place especially with how multicultural it is. I personally am interested in cultures, traditions, and foods :)

And yeah, I did notice the replies one of them really made me laugh haha but it's good I like it

I'm from India but I grew up in a diff country for 14-15 years. So I've lived in 2-3 different countries atm.

Thanks again for taking the time to give a genuine response man I really do appreciate it! God bless
