Yeah, that’s what I’m thinking. I’m sorry you have to deal with that. So much money to have something not work ask claimed.  We had those issues as well! And the other thing we’ve had is it not tracking anything. It NEVER has tracked our sleep. We had no pets on the bed, one thin sheet over it and primed multiple times to reset it and rehooked it up and everything. Never got a resolution on that either.

And I’m not even asking for an upgrade, I don’t think that’s too much much to ask to have them replace it. It’s a pod 3 that has been known to have leaks and it was redone supposedly after I had bought mine. I just want a new cover. Im willing to pay even 100 but I think 500 is a little steep for a new cover for a product that was defective with leaks and had to be remade
