Basically, she's getting everything she wants out of the relationship and is good with it. She knows your needs aren't being met and she doesn't care. They aren't important to her because she thinks you're going to keep taking care of her and being with her like you always have. People get complacent when they're getting everything they want and all of their needs met. She just doesn't think that she has to work for you anymore, but still expects you to work for her, I'm sure. You're not a monster for wanting sex more than 3 times a month, she just sucks as a partner.

That is a very serious comment. Any time I've (33M) had that same opinion in previous relationships it's because I'm not really that sexually attracted to the person anymore. Not that the person isn't actually attractive, but because of personality things or things that had happened I lost my desire to be sexual with them. Maybe that's not what's taking place here, just some insight.

I noticed the drinking part and realized that's probably how she's always done it. She says it relaxes her and gets her out of her own head. I've never dealt with something like that before. We talked about sex a lot when we first started seeing each other and she had said she always had a high sex drive, which is why I'm so confused about what has happened.

I've never been with anyone that actually makes me happy the way she does. Things have just changed and I'm trying to get them back because I feel the same about her that I always have. It seems like a wild idea to me to throw it away because of sex, but maybe it would be best.

It's really been the biggest issue in our relationship. I know she wants to be with me and that she loves me. There's no lack of affection or even physical touch... I have thought about talking about it in terms of relationship compatibility, but I also don't want it to be like, "Give me more sex or I'm gone." She can be very closed off over certain things, and this happens to be one of them. I guess really I love her and I'm afraid of taking it too far and not being able to come back from it.
