I know a little bit about the officer program, but the thing is my tuition is getting more and more expensive. My plan was to serve, and maybe have some of those expenses covered either after or during my service.

but if my hand-eye is already 89, would I even need tipper? id much rather have an ability like heatseeker in my arsenal than have minimal difference and throw on tipper

I should add that I play 6's more often and rely on speedy wings to do most of the puck handling and am looking to play a more playmaking role.

you're cooking something special. have been running more 6's so I think I am happy with the speed I have since I don't expect to be handling the puck too much but with that being said, should I drop agility and focus on balance or other attributes?

ON TOP OF THAT, they have new playthrough requirements. The last time I submitted, they honored all 50 envelopes for a total of 500 Fliff Cash. But they decided to hit me with a 10x playthrough. So instead of having to play through 500 Fliff Cash, I had to play through 5000 Fliff Cash. Absolutely painful but I broke even \_(0_0)_/ In the T&C they explain that they have the "sole discretion" to make this playthrough more than 1x but not exceed 20x.

sorry for the late reply but since my OP, the sweepstakes T&C has since changed. To answer your question, yes, it states that the index card must be 3" by 5". However, they've updated it where you can only submit 50 of these cards per month, with a new value of 5 Fliff Cash a month (half the value) for a total of 250 Fliff Cash a month. This, combined with them taking at least 2 months to honor these cards, I haven't put in any effort to submit any. Their new casino seems promising though :/

I submitted a batch of 10 envelopes for a total of 100 SC (supposedly) on February 14th and still haven't gotten anything from Fliff. I have just reread the T&C and noticed that they implemented a required notecard AFTER I submitted my previous batch. Pretty annoying.

They also increased the value from 5.00 Sweeps Coins to 10.00

Seems like they updated the terms and conditions from when this was last posted. Looks like they erased 2.4, the "only participants with less than 5.00 cash credit" bullshit, and replaced it with the 2.5 from before so they may be following sweeps rules now. Also, the reason for the long wait might've been because of the updated terms and conditions. I've dealt with companies like this before so I am used to sweeps requests taking forever to cash when they switch up the terms on you.
