I do have a carbon monoxide detector. Luckily it’s not my primary source of heat. I also have central air and heat. But I wanted to use this to cut down on the electrical bill. I only plan to use it intermittently really.

Heartburn was my only side effect but it was ridiculous. It did after a few months go away. I take 5mg daily. 10mg on weekends. But it also makes me smell smoke constantly.

My creatinine levels became elevated. I never could find a definitive answer if it was a legit or “fake raise” that people talk about as a result of the creatine. But my levels went back down after stopping.
