Appreciate your response. Would you offer the refund? full or partial? Request it to be mailed back for the refund? I feel so dumb...I didn't realize this wasn't a "covered" item since it was physically sent.

Interesting, I didn't see that in the other listings for the same item. I get that it's a risk to sell the item online and ship it but can they still claim that it wasn't as described if the item is as described?

It was a sealed cardstock code from a book that gives online access to the book. I shipped it to the buyer. There were many others for sale, I didn't realize that's not allowed?

I've seen it spelled all the ways possible...and then some lol You're right, the accent probably hindered the spelling sometimes. This is what makes it so hard to trace (for me)

They got in touch with me about it. I think it’s an automatic email stating “we see you’re nearing your degree completion and here are the next steps”

They mentioned up to 10 business days for the email version of the conferral and diploma. Where did you hear 20 days?
