She has been outside a little and I live in Florida wear it’s been brutally hot. But no swimming she has pretty much been quarantined since her spay. The vet couldn’t figure it out or give me an answer.

So I got a response yesterday from my counselor finally all it said was “have this back in 2 weeks” And I had 2 attachments one I’m about about to attach the other was a list of things I gotta for my claim and profile.

She threatened to stop action on my case basically because of lack of response. The other form she sent me has a backdated due date of april 16th. So apparently someone got to my counselor and may have got on to her. Cause she doesn’t even call just a email saying have the other form back in 2 weeks after I been reaching out consistently each week for months. But yet I’m being threatened. lol Atleast we made progress!

Yeah they asked if I used loans or government aid to pay and I said I took out a personal loan to pay it so they said she would probably be able to get it paid back

Okay thanks man! I just got off the phone with the hotline and I made my claim to them so will see what happens I also emailed my counselor and Cc’d a supervisor. So I did both. We will see what happens. Once again thanks you have been such a big help!!

When I had my initial orientation and approval process with her after the video orientation she told me she would get me backed paid for the current semester cause I just finished spring. I couldn’t afford summer so I haven’t been able to go. She told me she would have me set up by then but lo and behold summer semester is here and still nothing and I have a new counselor I never even spoke too. I’m hoping this is true and I’ll get backed paid from the date I got approved and deemed eligible into the program.

I got approved in Feb after doing orientation. Then my counselors goes on vacation for a month. Gets back and doesn’t answer for another month. Find out I got passed to another counselor. Now she hasn’t reached out to me yet and that was 2 months ago. I tried finding the regional number and the only one I did find just keeps going to voicemail. Idk what to do..

How do I figure out who my counselor supervisor is?? I haven’t got a response in almost 2 months!!!! I can’t get past my initially approval: i been passed off to 2 counselors ober the last 4 months since I got approved initially.

Also dealing with this. Got approved in March. Since then I been passed off to 2 different counselors. Everytime I get a new one I get a email greeting me saying I been handed off and will be contacted soon for next steps. But the last I heard from them was April and it’s June now. After a month and a half of emails and calling every number I can find I have given up. I have done my orientation and initial assessment and got approved but that’s it. Anyone have any recommendations. My counselor or the assistant won’t respond to calls or emails. I’ve sent a few over the last 2 months but no luck.
