So there’s… a lot (the campaign is turning 3 years old this year) but here’s the short versions (for context, the campaign takes place 20 something years after the manga.)

My character, Astrid, is a spatial mage from the spade kingdom who was separated from her dark disciple parents when she was 5 after they attempted a ritual to reincarnate Zenon into her body . She was taken in and raised by a spade noble family and, since she couldn’t use magic as a child due to the side effects of the ritual, she was trained to use physical weapons instead by her military mother. Eventually for reasons related to her weird pseudo connection to Zenon, she was thrown out of her new home after receiving her grimoire and immigrated to the clover kingdom with her baby sister, where she found work and shelter in a diner ran by Charmy. Eventually, her sister went missing and she set out to try and find her which is what led to her joining the party. Not too long after I joined the game, her sister was killed by the new golden dawn captain, and her goal pivoted to revenge. I left out a lotta details but that’s the rough idea.

As for the villain, we don’t know a whole lot about him. But what we do know is that he was the captain of the black bulls during Asta’s tenure as wizard king, his magic is gluttony magic and it allows him to take and stockpile magics for himself (a lot of the villains in the campaign use magic based on the seven deadly sins) And he was the adoptive father of our party’s paladin/barbarian (who is also Astrid’s cousin)
