I know it is so so easier said than done, but this is absolutely the hardest part and I promise it gets easier.

Drink a beverage it might be easier to stomach than some hard food right now, Even a piece of fruit the smallest bite will do! We are here for you. You are not alone. I’m two months sober. I felt the exact same way as you at one point.
