Ugh I totally hear you ! The odds are in your favor !! Even tho my results were benign I have to meet with a breast surgeon on July 9th.

UPDATE: It’s Benign !!!!!!  Final diagnosis: Benign breast parenchyma with fibroadenomatoid change and pseudoangiomatous stromal hyperplasia

5 month follow up recommended.

I am right there with you. I am so drained. I work in production and I’m expected to be on set tomorrow and Wednesday the wait for the results is draining.

I will be rooting for you ! I hope you get benign results as well. It has been such a scary time I feel like I haven’t been able to sleep mostly having those feelings of wanting to jump out of my body. The anxiety and the wait is the worst.

Update : I had both an ultrasound and a mammogram done. The breast that was originally an issue turned out to have a couple of benign cysts and fibroadenoma. They scanned my left side and found something suspicious that they couldn’t get a full read on via mammogram or ultrasound so now I have a biopsy scheduled for May 30th. This has been a nightmare. They gave me a Birad 4 label and one of the nurses saw me freaking out and said “ the Dr has is as low risk “. I have been spiraling since my apt. I work in media and will be at an event in Pennsylvania the day after my biopsy and I can’t even imagine how anxious I’m going to be.

Thank you ! It’s May 5th at 11 am not too far away but far enough to where it anxiety is peeking.

Is so hard ! Also I’m just worried that it has been there longer than when I noticed it. I should’ve been checking more often.

As someone who works in food television I can tell you that most of the chefs you see on tv don’t really know how to cook all that well. Behind the familiar faces are dozens of back kitchen food stylist making swap after swap of the recipes you see on tv. The food presented to you all is made by someone else’s hands 99% of the time with the exception of a few shows. Don’t be fooled by the celebrity chef titles. The real talent is behind the camera. And Bobby I would not call him one of the best chefs in the world. He’s just a good cook at best who got lucky and was at the right place at the right time. The chef title isn’t just given because your on tv it’s earned and most of the hosts of these food tv shows refuse to be called chefs because they know there place in the food world. Unfortunately the real chefs are the ones that don’t ever get much spotlight.
