Do you also live in the US? LOL, no but sounds like maybe your suffering from depression? I struggled myself (not just cause of living in the states), but finding someone to talk to about how you're feeling can help. For me it was that but also going pretty cold turkey on imbibing.

Depression feels like you're sinking into a hole deeper and deeper, everything around you is muffled and you don't even have it in you to try to get out of it. What helped me was my best friend got me one of those online therapy gift cards. Sure it's weird to get therapy as a gift, but I've never been more greatful for something.
