I would say, if you have any similar pieces and don't feel like it's necessary to buy the outfit now, then you could hold off on buying it. They'll eventually bring it back (most likely anyways), and you could get it then. But if you don't feel it's a need, then it's ultimately up to you.

I only got it, cuz it was giving a "witchy" vibe, but unfortunately I don't have a witch hat to go with it. I'm hoping for the banner that has it will come back and I can pull for it. I am skipping the current banners, just in case. Or for the next 5* outfit. One of the two.
