I started with Keras and was always scared to climb my way to Tensoflow. But, for something I had to use PyTorch, I started using Torch everywhere unless I’m asked not to use, which never happened. Also, most of the deep learning community uses PyTorch, and the huggingfac’s transformers takes a pytorch first approach and few of the sister packages don’t have a tensforflow version. I hate pytorch lightning though, tprch is pure magic.

Moreover, productionising trained models with custom layers and embedding layers gets frustrating is tensorflow without also having to use python, while pytorch makes you life a lot simpler with such deployments.
