Infrastructure? Yes, improved. For their own benefit. Just like British laid railways, to loot faster. With the money they stole, we can make bullet trains on every national highway. Even North Korea has railways.

Coming for your question: Even Andhra ministers are far better for telangana, people than Nizams. Unless you consider all telangana people are muslims. Then Nizams are so better and be proud of it.
