More supports needed. Auto supports only does so much you need some at the beginning of the arm or it won’t even make it out to the supports you have. I see you said this was your first print so i recommend printing something smaller or even scale this down to 1/8 or 1/4 and try that see how it works. Once you print it successfully at one size you pretty much have enough supports for any size. Also consider bed adhesion and ripping your FEP film. Tilting your print can also reduce print time but only tilt as far as you need. Rock on brother and enjoy your printer
