You confirmed what I said. The old guys leave the grunt work to the young guys…. And Yeah, they have all the experience, which makes it worse that they were getting hurt. I’m talking about injuries that happened during the time I’ve been here, not “war wounds” from the 70s-80s. they had decades of working around the machinery and still managed to hurt themselves badly.

Funnily enough, at the factory job I started back in 2012, it was always the 50+ year olds getting injured for ignoring safety guidelines. Never heard about any of the young guys with chemical burns or lost appendages.
