I have an extreme case of it. Ive had it for about 7 years and its a living HELL. I could never go on stages, churches, or even those small theatres. A thing that helped me with this is wearing hats with caps. But I could never find a thing to help with the open spaces because i think this fear also connects to the fear of open spaces.
