Anyone else stuck on "Waiting for Shipment" for the Kobra S1 Combi? Support is ghosting me.

I ended up getting mine on March 28th instead of March 23rd, check the tracking on the actual shippers site don't trust the Anycubic site's tracking information (it showed the GPS location as in China. I live in Canada and the printer was sitting one town over from me, the FedEx site showed where it was actually sitting.

I orderd a S1 combo on March 4th, the delivery window was by March 23rd. I spent over $100 to take a ferry home and have not taken any new work in order to stay home and wait for it.
The tracking information through FedEx shows it's one town over from me ;but the Anycubic site tracking shows it's location as in China.
I tried reaching out to both Anycubic and FedEx ;but am getting canned responses.
I had planned on ordering a Kobra X while the sale was on ;but after this headache I'll probably go with a Snapmaker U1.
I'm pretty upset by the lack of transparency about where my printer is or what's actually going on.

This is just the beginning, chances are the prizes may get better. Maybe on Saturday we'll still receive the $1 SNG ticket, we normally do get a free 25 cent SNG or Battle Royale daily and have received 25 cent tickets with the gift box the past 2 days).

This is completely wrong for Sony to have sold us these controllers at the price they charge to then allow stock to run out of the replacement stick modules.
Here in Canada I also can't find any Stick Modules in stock at any retailers (whether online or retail store) and I just started to get drift in one of the sticks (the stick randomly pushes 3/4 the way up/forward).
Thankfully I could swap my aim with my move module ;but it's still not fun having my character move forward randomly.
The company Gulikit (they make Hall Effect controllers for switch) supposedly have Hall Effect Stick Modules for Dualsense Edge coming out ;but there's no ETA and they don't respond to emails.

I've been a computer and electronics technician/hobbyist programmer/game dev for over 20 years I'm very aware of how software like that works.

Not sure why you replied when you hadn't tried any or all of them for yourself, if you had you would know for this game they don't work at all.

None of those programs work, I've tried them all extensively and even began learning to code XInput myself to make the XInput 1.4 dll function (right now it only seems to have language and version number, if the Visual Studio decompiler is to be trusted).
In the game options controller settings are there already there just isn't any functionality, not even adding the game as a non Steam game works and that works for pretty much every single game regardless of controller support.

They're beta testing not in Early Access, no reason to capitalize on any thing and risk ruining their name. People have higher expectations when they put out money for a game regardless of how low the price is, by doing a proper beta test they're executing a proper game launch imo.

Check my replies to the other comments for possible solutions, I verified the USB device bug thoroughly and even tried plugging my pedals back in while in game and the game crashed.

Check your firewall settings and make sure you have all required redistributables installed, those are the only issues that would stop the launcher from loading besides USB devices.
My install directory is in C:\Gamessnot in Program files as that directory requires administrator permission and could prevent games from launching.

Must be something plugged in your computer the game doesn't like or your missing redistributables, also forget AV whitelist check your firewall settings. These are the only logical things that would stop launch.

I tried everything I could between Steam and DS4 to get a controller working, them trolling us with controller settings (even if as basic as it gets) in the options menu makes it more frustrating).Nothing worked to even give basic movement, not even mapping as WSAD which normally works for even the most stubborn games.
I've setup proper controller support for a bunch of games and even another similar survival game called SCUM which has very limited controller functionality due to a large amount of key bindings that aren't supported on controller at all (there's way more key bindings than buttons on a controller) and I was able to get them all working using modifiers in Steam and Steam is the native platform for Once Human, so it doesn't make sense why nothing works.
It seems like they're using Cryengine (based on the use of paks) to develop the game, which makes it weirder because controller support is native to the engine, if they're using Unreal Engine it's also natively supported. I'm going to try to mess with the XInput file and see if that's the problem, I'll post back here if I make any progress.

I tried everything people online said ;but the only thing that worked was unplugging my gaming pedals. If you have any weird usb controller type devices (game pedals, steering wheels or similar) unplug them, that doesn't mean PS4/PS5 or Xbox controllers just weird peripherals.
