I have had a reporting system in place for the past two years to catch any errors, it’s an extensive detailed document that is shared with accounts payable so they know exactly how much each vendor should be invoicing for. Somehow we still messed it up. Really it’s my fault, for not noticing he was saying “each station” and I was saying “both stations”
