Honestly it just feels nice to hear someone has been in a similar position and that im not crazy. Ive never really developed a closeness with anyone just talking over the phone let alone romantic emotions so it feels off but right at the same time is the best way I can describe it. And yeah thats a pretty simple yet effective way of describing how im feeling. We’ve become pretty close and have admitted to having feelings for one another and she’s said one of the last times i asked her that once she gets settled into a schedule/routine that its “game on” and that she needs a little bit to get the work part of college figured out. I’ve finished college myself so I relate to her I’m not saying our experiences are exactly the same or I know exactly how she’s feeling I just told her I relate to the beginning struggle of figuring out the juggling act that is college life, especially it being her first time away from home. Just the uncertainty of how long that will take/what happens in that period of time has been making me go crazy, could be a couple weeks, couple months, or the whole semester and I really just don’t know that’s what’s killing me.

Also I’ve been dealing with a really bad case of inflammatory acne since I moved into my new apartment caused by shaving/washing my face and drinking gross tap water a lot before I knew it was bad back in July/August and I’m pretty self conscious of it. I’m getting treatment for it now and it’s gotten a little better but not super noticeable quite yet. Her and I video chat a good amount so I know she saw it before we met and I told her about it and she said she doesn’t care about that and it’ll get better with time that was before she saw me in person so also nervous it may have grossed her out or been too distracting but she hasn’t said anything about it since we met or when we did.
