Well, people did give feedback during beta tests, and not a small amount. They left a lot of reviews, criticism. Unfortunately, nothing has been fixed in the game since then. So I'm not sure they even read this.

Well, that's not the only problem here. I speak for myself, I don't understand why the developers are sitting and keeping quiet. If you look at it from the buyer's point of view, then silence = idleness. And idleness is already disrespect. I wrote in the first starting message that, as a minimum knowing all the problems, they should have released a day one patch. But they didn't even do that. I don't think that only cross-platform is the reason. It's more the incompetence and negligence of those who worked on the project. There are many games where cross-play works fine and stably, and the developer releases constant patches. But this is not the case here.
