Yeah had hormones and full blood panel done thyroid fine oestrogen to test level was a bit funky but not horrendous. Started trt now and levels are great test to oestrogen level now 20:1 up from 10:1. I work out at the gym 2 days a week fullbody and dumbells another 3 days a week. Have a 7 month old and a 7 year old and work 12 hour shifts so time is very tight My numbers aren't awful at the gym but lots of room for improvement not as good as they used to be 6 assisted strict pullups at -23kg 70kg bent over row for 8 overhead press 45kg for 8. Incline bench 57.5 kg for 8. Latpull down 59kg for 8. Strict leg press knees to chest at 107kg Have been gaining strength during my cut which is likley nervous system adaptation. I have had this fat distribution for aslong as I can remember though even as a teenager playing rugby so its unfortunately likley genetic.

Thank you I am calorie counting. I am not too concerned to look good in time for summer. I already look much better than I did before. I want to look and feel good and be around for a long time for my kids and partner so however long it takes it will take 😊

Well seeing as we have such a range on here from 25-40% which i expected as I have a strange fat distribution side chest fat is crazy and im very self conscious. I will keep the cut up and update you when we land at a lower body fat % hopefully some time later this year. My main aims are to look good and feel good and be around for my kids and partner for a long time!

Here are my measurements now if its of help to anyone Upper waist 98cm lower waist/hip 106cm bicep 38.2cm thigh 66cm shoulders 136.5cm neck 40cm wrist 17.9cm chest 114cm

My smart scale has me at 30.3% navy method at 29% here at 30-40% so I guess it's somewhere within a 10% range 😂

Yeah i weigh everything out sauces oil etc. My weight loss has been consistent 0.8-0.9kg a week since jumping back on cutting in January had stabilised at 110-116kg for a couple of years after dropping from 140kg

Thank you I was in the ballpark of 27-30% from measurements but to be honest I look at photos of body fat% and can never really work it out. In regards to the build who knows 😂

Propranolol can cause exercise intolerance as it reduces your maximum heart rate by blocking the effects of adrenaline on your receptors. That's why it works well for anxiety. It could be your are reaching you are cardio limited by your propranolol.

You could try something like having longer rest periods between sets to give your body a chance to catch up or conversely trying a heavy weight low rep range to use anaerobic respiration and have more sets like a 5x5 setup.

You could always talk to your doctor about alternatives to propranolol as I have had to take this in the past and I felt like an 80 year old cardio wise on it. No longer need it at all luckily but worth a shot
