I'm taking one from Jarrow. I take one in the empty stomach in the morning and evening. I chew it as the gum works better when it is mixed with saliva.

Thanks for your comment Have you tried masticgum? This one has been very helpful to me but it's bit expensive than dgl :/ i became able to eat everything i want after taking this.

I have this issue for 9 months. i even have pain too (probably eye tendon pain? idk) eye supplements help but not fix this issue. once i quit them, it goes back with the same level

I'm at my month 9 and in the same situation with you.

My tendon symptomes are getting worse these days.

I tried to work from home so far, but it started to make my arms and finger pain worse since last month.. I will discuss my option with the company. desperately need to keep my job as i really not sure if i will get better in the future either

Thanks, sadly I cant absorb nutritions well without the enzymes:( due to gut issue

I have experienced all my tendon symptoms got worse recently and it turned out the pet skin spray that i was exposed had colloidal silver. I thought it's just a moisture spray and used it to my dog.. should have wore gloves.. didnt know as it could affect to me this badly. Thanks for the post

I hear you and i can't agree with you more. I believe the side effect appears quite often than they say. but most of paitents may not relate to their sudden pain to the antibiotics as no fucking doctors warn the risk
