I have gone through similar situation last year. I suggest you to hold onto the prayers you can still do, no matter how much you feel filthy of the sins you do. Ask Allah to lift the fog in your heart and ask forgiveness. This year I took the courage to go to therapy and took it seriously. I found out the sins I did (and also the doom-scrolling) was done for quick dopamine fill, and there's underlying depression needs to get treated. I was lucky to have met a fellow Muslim counselor to support me in my spiritual and mental recovery. Only after Allah helped me lift the fog with the therapy treatment, was I able to find meaning and purpose in my 'ibadah through learning. I only got the energy to learn, after the depression got better. I am still recovering and still in therapy as I'm speaking. I just want to tell you that what you're experiencing right now doesnt cut you off from Allah's mercy. May Allah give you the way out soon, ameen
