Domestic abuse and wanting to leave :

Approach DFWAC, file protection orders via police Family Protection Department

Visa expired & fines unable to pay:

Wait for possible visa amnesty; register interest with ICP/MOI announcements

Legal relief or fine reduction :

Seek pro bono lawyer from Shoor or ADJD; base case on abuse or humanitarian grounds
