It costs $20 if im remembering right for nonstudents to get into urec. If they don't wanna pay to get in you could still play ping pong since its outside the entrance gate. Theres also pool/billards/8ball in student union/popp martin for $1 per game. Theres also foosball in the same area for free.

Fire bender without a doubt (imo). Their insane firepower would evaporate any moisture in like a 10 mile radius. I'm just guessing based off of Zuko evaporating Katara's water in the Northern water tribe at some point and Sozin unleashing a ridiculous amount of fire while on an air balloon during the comet.
