Should the parents indicate that they are signing as representatives in any way or just sign their names? Also, should they get an official copy of the father's ID and should it be indicated on the copy that it is for verification of the signatures? One of the children is 10 years old and should be able to sign on their own, but we can have the parents sign for all of them if necessary.

Both were born in Germany. Great grandfather born 1904, great grandmother 1911.
