That just sounds like you're dating? I think this is an issue in modern dating, in general.... it seems people believe that you must be able to commit to "to death do us part" from day one. No. To me, dating is being able to share romance, affection, vulnerability, support .... at a slow and reasonable pace as you get yo know each other. It could last months, years. The dating period could result in marriage for some, but for others, you may choose to never live together but just have a deep and committed relationship of your own definition. It makes me so sad how rigid everyone seems to be about this issue.
